Authorship Policy

1. Everyone who is listed as an author should have made a substantial, direct, intellectual contribution to the work.
2. One or two authors are considered as communication authors, their email and contact details should be included in the manuscript.


Archiving Policy

The submitted version of an article is the author's version. The submitted version may be placed on the author's personal website. The accepted version may be placed on the author's personal website or author's company/institutional repository or archive, but not for profit subject-based repositories such as PubMed Central.


Corrections Policy

Honest errors are a part of science and publishing and require publication of a correction when they are detected. We expect authors to inform the journal’s editor of any errors of fact they have noticed. Corrections are made at the journal’s discretion. As a scientific Publisher, we have a duty to maintain the integrity of the scientific record. For this reason, minor corrections that do not affect the scientific understanding of the paper may be rejected if submitted post-publication in order to prevent discrepancies downstream. The correction procedure depends on the publication stage of the article, but in all circumstances a correction notice is published as soon as possible.


Appeals and Complaints

The Handling Editor follows guidelines of Journal of Biopesticides Publication Ethics. If any complaint received from author or third party, the Handling Editor contacted the authors gets details, discuss with two or three editorial board members, decides on a course of action and provides feedback to the complainant. If the complainant remains dissatisfied with the handling of their complaint, he or she can submit the complaint to the Editor-in-Chief and he has taken decision on the complaint.


Retraction policy

Adopting this policy which allows the Journal of Biopesticide to retract articles or publish expressions of concern without the consent of all the authors may help editors to deal with such situations in a manner that protects readers, preserves the integrity of the publication record, and preserves the reputation of the journal.


Licence and Copyright Policy

Copyright and licensing on all open access article in a journal published by Journal of Biopesticides is retained by the publisher
